License Is Not Required
Did you know that your driver’s License Is Not Required to be able to travel freely on the roads? Under Common Law, this is indeed true. However, when you are dealing with people who don’t comprehend the Law properly, you will usually find that they refuse to believe you when you tell them what your rights are. It’s even worse if they are a police man or police woman. Then you’re in serious trouble if you don’t know your rights and the law well enough to be able to present your case to them properly.
Learning Common Law
I experienced this exact situation when I attempted to learn my Common Law rights back in 2008 – 2009. There were certain famous as well as certain infamous teachers who imparted a very vague explanation of the truth of Common Law to me back then. I grasped some of the concepts but not others, and ended up doing some time in the bin because of my lack of grasping these concepts.
Travelling The Roads
I was pulled over travelling in my private car with private registration plates on the car. The police gave me a really hard time. The female cop positioned herself in such a way that when she ordered me out of the car, I wasn’t able to move away from the car. Nor was the camera in the police car behind us able to see what she was doing. My door was open so I had put my left arm up on the top of the door as I spoke with her, while facing towards the police car at the rear. The cop had proceeded to pinch the back of my arm so hard with her fingernails that my arm was black and blue the next day.
I told her to stop, that she was abusing me. I’m quite tall so the camera in the police car behind us would have recorded my lips moving and anyone who could lip-read would have been able to tell what I had said to her. At least, I hope so, because I submitted a complaint to the police commissioner over the whole incident and it would be nice to know that this particular uniformed thug got dealt with for doing that to me.
It Wasn’t Over Yet
After the incident with her, I then got taken around behind the car and thrown onto the grass by one of three male cops who then held me to the ground with their knee in my back and proceeded to strike me very forcefully. His fellow uniformed thugs joined in as well. All outside of the view of the police camera, mind you. Also, they broke my glasses, and I almost couldn’t find the pieces of them when they finally stopped assaulting me. I had bruises all over me the next day, which my doctor took note of for the record so that I could submit a report to the police commissioner.
Had I been able to fully grasp the concepts that I had been attempting to learn, and had I had more confident in myself at that time, I would have been able to do what you see the guy in this next video doing. Now here we have some really cool knowledge of one’s rights being displayed by the guy in this video for his audience!

Watch the video from start to finish. You’ll be surprised at what this guy gets away with. He’s able to travel freely on the roads without any rego or a driver’s license. It’s pretty cool to watch!
If only I had known back then what I know now (ha! Famous last words!)
Did You Know?
Did you know any of the following?
1) If you sue for false arrest (or false imprisonment), the arrest is presumed to be false.
2) All you need to prove is that the arrest occurred, and then the burden is on the officer to prove that it wasn’t false.
3) For an imprisonment, all you need is to show is that you were “restrained of your liberty by words and acts which you feared to disregard”
4) A car stop counts as an arrest and an imprisonment.
5) If an officer says he has a warrant for your arrest, you can demand to see the warrant AND the supporting affidavit, and if he arrests you without producing them, it’s a false arrest.
6) The police routinely ignore and violate this law.
7) “Sovereign immunity” only covers “discretionary” acts (where the officer has a choice about what to do) but does not cover “ministerial” acts such as executing an arrest warrant.
8) An officer is personally liable for any misdeeds during a warrant arrest.
9) Sovereign immunity does not cover an officer AT ALL if he breaks the law.
10) Many court documents are “signed” with a rubber stamp.
11) Many clerks and lawyers have these stamps with a judge’s signature.
12) How do you know the warrant wasn’t stamped by a clerk or lawyer?
13) How can a rubber-stamp signature on a warrant POSSIBLY be legal?
14) You can ask an officer for his business card and ID, and if he doesn’t comply, he’s out of uniform.
15) You have the right to resist a false arrest with as much force as necessary.
16) If an officer misbehaves, you can complain to Risk Management.
17) The Federal Pure Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act (that set up the FDA) makes it illegal for anyone but a licensed physician to operate a breathalyser.
18) If an officer asks you a question, you have the right to ignore him and keep walking.

Here’s a site where you’ll find my writings.
My novel, The Bravehearts of Belgrave High, has now been published. I have completed the first in a series of novels that I wrote for teens. It is the courageous story of a young girl growing up in a home filled with domestic violence. She also has to endure a schoolyard and neighbourhood full of bullies. We read how she maneuvres her way through such a difficult situation. Plus, how she grows because of it, among other themes in the novel.
I hope that young readers will be inspired to treasure their unique differences due to reading this novel. If they don’t fit in with the system or with those around them, they should realise that it’s quite okay not to fit in.
My first novel was written to help raise funds for the private foundation that I established. My foundation might later become a charity. Click here if you’d like to be taken to the site where you can purchase this novel. If you cannot see the site, use a browser other than Chrome.
