Love on Its Own Isn’t Enough
To make a relationship work you’ll need more than to simply love one another. Love on Its Own Isn’t Enough. Many relationships fail even when two people love one another. The reason? Well, to start with, many, many people think that being derisive in the manner that they speak to their partner is okay, or they think that treating their partner badly will be forgiven. After all, they’re married, aren’t they? People only fool themselves when they make assumptions like that. If you want your relationship to be great, you need to make sure that your partner feels loved.
Sо then, whаt actions will create the experience of love? Love is created by giving your partner your full attention, and by giving him or her the gift of acceptance and appreciation. Notice how you feel when someone looks at you when he or she talks with you and actually pays attention, and then genuinely accepts and appreciates you and your opinion on things. It feels great, doesn’t it?! You feel better about yourself and better about the individual with whom you are speaking.
The same thing happens when you offer the same kind of appreciation and gratitude, love and acceptance to someone else. That man or woman feels better about life and better about you. Then you feel better about them. Then they feel even better about you. You soon create a cycle/circle of loving, supporting, and empowering each other.
Now notice how you feel when someone is judgmental or critical of you. You get hurt. You put up your walls of protection and become non-accepting in return. The same thing happens when you become non-accepting towards someone else. Thаt man or woman gets upset and returns tо уоu the same lack of love and acceptance

Here’s a site where you’ll find my writings.
The Bravehearts of Belgrave High is now published. I have completed the first in a series of novels that I wrote for teens. It is the courageous story of a young girl growing up in a home filled with domestic violence. She also has to endure a school and neighbourhood full of bullies. We read how she maneuvres her way through such a difficult situation. Plus, how she grows because of it, among other themes in the novel.
The desired outcome for young readers is that they will be inspired to treasure their unique differences. If they don’t fit in with the system or with those around them, then they should realise that it’s quite okay not to fit in.
My first novel was written to help raise funds for the private foundation that I established, which might later become a charity. Click here if you’d like to be taken to the site where you can purchase this novel. If you cannot see the site, use a browser other than Chrome.
