Beauty and Being Thin are Not Linked
The following just goes to prove that Beauty and Being Thin are Not Linked. This comment was made under a photo of an advertisement telling women and young girls that they needed to be thin before a man would love them. The man who said it was named Ezekiel. I love what he said!
Sorry—
Most Guys WANT a Woman with a WOMANLY Body!!!
IF a Woman has “The Body of a 9 year old”; REAL MEN do NOT Want Her!!!!

It’s interesting to watch how the media has brainwashed women into thinking that they must be stick thin before they will be considered beautiful. I know from having spoken to a vast number of guys that thinness in women is not what most of them look for. Granted, they seek someone whom they are simply attracted to physically if they only want sex. However, when seeking a long-term partner, they look for a pleasant manner and a good heart, and then they look for someone whom they are attracted to. But they don’t limit their choice to someone who is thin.
Taught to Hate Ourselves
Society teaches us to hate ourselves. It does that through the media mostly. It’s important to recognise what is going on here. When you can see and go beyond what you’re taught to believe about yourself, then you can drop the opinion that you have of yourself and really learn to accept who you are.
Then you’ll be far less harsh on those around you, because you’ve learned to be kind to yourself. It will take time to learn not to beat yourself up about how you look, but if you take the time to learn to love yourself, the payoffs will be many.
For example, you’ll be able to lose any unwanted extra weight and keep it off. You’ll start to take more care of yourself. You’ll groom yourself and ensure that you always look good. And what other people think of you won’t worry you anymore because you’ll have come to accept yourself.
So take the time to do the work. It will certainly be worth it. Louise Hay has some wonderful videos to help you learn to love and accept yourself. I recommend that you listen to them regularly. Go to my video site to find the Louise Hay audio recordings that will change your life by clicking here.

Here’s a site where you’ll find my writings.
The Bravehearts of Belgrave High is now published. I have completed the first in a series of novels that I wrote for teens. It is the courageous story of a young girl growing up in a home filled with domestic violence. She also has to endure a school and neighbourhood full of bullies. We read how she manoeuvres her way through such a difficult situation. Plus, how she grows because of it, among other themes in the novel.
The desired outcome for young readers is that they will be inspired to treasure their unique differences. If they don’t fit in with the system or with those around them, then they should realise that it’s quite okay not to fit in.
Click here if you’d like to be taken to the site where you can purchase this novel. If you cannot see the site, use a browser other than Chrome.
