Learning to Trust Yourself
The thing about Learning to Trust Yourself is that you must act upon what you’re given when you’re given it. If you don’t trust your inner guidance, then your future self (who is usually the one sending you instructions on what choices you need to make in order to be happy, productive and free), resigns itself to the fact that you don’t listen. Your future self – otherwise known as your higher self – then ceases to try so hard to help you because you’re not listening.
The way to stop yourself from becoming confused is to set aside whatever questions come in after the FIRST thing you hear inside your head when you decide to do something. It’s always your demons who will try to get you to ignore the instructions of your higher/future self. Just ignore the questions and you’ll save yourself a whole lot of confusion.
In my work as a psychic, I’ve had clients phone me to help them make the most basic of decisions. Decisions such as “Should I go to yoga tonight or stay home?”, and “Should I go home early from my holiday because I’ve run out of money? Or should I stay and just relax for the rest of the time booked?” These types of questions should be easy enough to answer on your own. That is, if you have cleared the mental chatter that goes on inside of your head.
The first thing to do if you have mental chatter is to reprogram your thinking habits. Overwhelm the mind with positivity and you’ll squash that part of you that doubts yourself. There’s a great video on my video site titled Gamma Meditation Positive Suggestions that will re-route the neural pathways in your brain. You won’t have any other option than thinking positive if you listen to that video often enough. It will change your thinking permanently. Here’s the link to find it. Gamma Meditation . Do well!

Here’s a site where you’ll find my writings.
The Bravehearts of Belgrave High is now published. I have completed the first in a series of novels that I wrote for teens. It is the courageous story of a young girl growing up in a home filled with domestic violence. She also has to endure a school and neighbourhood full of bullies. We read how she maneuvres her way through such a difficult situation. Plus, how she grows because of it, among other themes in the novel.
The desired outcome for young readers is that they will be inspired to treasure their unique differences. If they don’t fit in with the system or with those around them, then they should realise that it’s quite okay not to fit in.
